Roland Lethbridge FCIS

I gained my first professional qualification (Chartered Secretary) at the young age of 23. In my early 30s I was awarded a Fellowship and elected to Membership of the Institute of Marketing, the British Institute of Management and the Institute of Directors.

For some 30 years I worked at board level (including Group Secretary, CFO, Managing Director and Chairman) in a variety of organisations, ranging from quoted companies to family businesses. What was the common thread? All of all these companies were successful and fast growing.

For the past 10 years I have put my wealth of experience to work acting as a Catalyst for Change within many progressive organisations – both large and small.
