I am happy to work with businesses on short term projects. These generate calculable results very quickly and thereafter continue to have long term benefits.

‘Through life’ consultancy

The most effective transformation of a business is when I provide ‘through life’ consultancy. I work with management to identify the needs of the business, the problems, the causes of the problems and the long term solutions to the problems.

There are a number of ways that this can be achieved. I can work as a part time consultant, or as a non-executive director, or have a minority stake in the business.

Strategy planning with a difference

Whether management is looking five or ten years ahead, it needs to have an open and receptive mind to explore new ideas and exciting possibilities.  I can create the forum for this to happen and ensure that these ideas are captured and made into a viable plan.
